I chose Milana's course because of the title (it *was* my first big launch) but more importantly because I knew that she used these same approaches in her own business and has had remarkable success. So I expected a solid launch process. But I have been blown away by how much I've learned. I always had great content, but could not figure out how to market it. People who saw me at live seminars gave me great reviews and I knew they were getting results using my process. But more than once I would hear "I didn't know to expect from this course, but I'm glad I came." I just couldn't find a way to communicate my value to strangers in a way that they would get excited about taking my courses. 

From the first lesson, Milana had me rethinking not just my launch plans, but my overall product offering. By following her exercises, I broke out of my own "process centric" approach and finally saw my business from my customer's perspective. I'll admit that I hadn't been prepared to re-work my course, but after going through the first phases of MFBL, I could tell that I was missing out on an opportunity that would not only sell better to my existing clients, but would also open up a market 4 times as big as my original plans! As I've developed my launch materials using her process, the response has been like night-and-day compared to my earlier efforts. People are asking me if they can send my draft launch videos to their friends who need help. They immediately grasp the value I'll be providing and are following up with me to find out when the next pieces are coming. 

I don't know how to describe it other than to say that Milana has obviously worked hard to master all of the solid, core pricinciples of product development and marketing. Then she has tested them herself and distilled it all down into an easy to follow, common-sense approach that doesn't leave anything out, but also doesn't require anything not needed. I found myself finally "getting" how I can use this process not just to launch my first product, but to build a whole product-based online business. She calls it "My First Big Launch" but it could just as easily be called "The Real-World guide to building a powerful online business without burning out or spending all your money" I'm re-energized, more excited about my product and itching to get it out. 

I actually have a whole new outlook on what is possible for this product and my business. I got more value from this course than any other marketing course I have taken. If you want to launch a product that will attract attention, make a real difference and get results, you cannot go wrong with Milana. 

However - seeing how it's all done from the INSIDER'S circle (ie as a memeber of Milana's My First Big Launch program) is a whole different ball game! My mantra is always keep things simple, and follow in the footsteps of someone who's already successfully doing what you want to do. Milana's course breaks the whole launch process down into EASY to action steps, so you never feel overwhelmed or confused. The course guided me right from the first idea of my launch through to exactly what to say and do at each point during the launch to get maximum return on my efforts. 

The beauty of this is that I can just plug 'n play this whole process now, every time I want to launch a new program - to create buzz and anticipation, make more sales, and of course reach more of my ideal target clients. I knew that using a launch would be without doubt the BEST way to create profitable windfall days in my business - Milana's course gave me the tools to DO that :-)
